About the position 

As a Senior Trader, you will be responsible for executing short-term trading strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing the company's positions in real-time to maximize profits and minimize risks. You will also play a role in training the rest of the team. We are in the process of building a 24/7 shift rotation, which you will be a part of with the rest of the team.

Your responsibilities

• trading and optimizing our portfolio on Intraday and Day-ahead across Europe.
• develop and implement new trading strategies.
• collaborating with our Quant team.
• help build a 24/7 shift rotation.
• share insights to optimize and rethink trading tools.
• ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.

Who we are looking for

As an ideal candidate, we imagine that you:

• hold a degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Physics or similar.
• have 2+ years of experience in power trading.
• have experience in stock trading, sports betting, poker, chess or similar.

• are a strong communicator who understands the importance of constructive feedback.
